SERVICE PROCEDURE

For end customers - the guarantee is carried out in accordance with the law on the sale of consumer goods specifying the complaint procedure.

Please make correct preparation of the goods to service and complete the documents necessary to establish base warranty, such as: 

  • sales receipt of the goods 
  • exact description of the defect and provide defective goods to the place of purchase - office,
    or address specified by the company where you purchased our product.

Please also note that the goods mechanically damaged or deliver after the end of the warranty period (24 months from the date of purchase) will not be accepted, repaired or replaced. Consideration of repair or replacement of the goods by the CSK under warranty takes place within 7-14 days. EASY TOUCH SA is responsible for informing you about the progress and completion of the examination of the return. For EASY TOUCH partners - the guarantee is implemented as described in the Cooperation Agreement.
